ENTRY FEE: Scratch Division - $95, Handicap Division - $65; There is an additional $5 fee for all entry fees paid on the day of the tournament -- PAY IN ADVANCE!
SCHOLARSHIP PRIZES: $1,000 First Place Scratch (based on 60 entries, will increase as entries surpass 60)
$500 First Place Handicap (based on 50 entries, will increase as entries surpass 50)

Optional scholarship bracket competition will be available for both divisions during qualifying rounds. Entry fee is $5 per bracket in the scratch division; $3 per bracket in the handicap division. Brackets fees are to be paid at the tournament.
FORMAT & SCHEDULE:
Scratch division bowlers will bowl 14 qualifying games (six on Friday, eight on Saturday), handicap division bowlers will bowl eight qualifying games (all on Saturday) to determine the top 16 bowlers in each division, who will advance to the finals.

After qualifying is completed, the top 16 bowlers in each division will advance to the Elimination Finals.
ELIMINATION FINALS: At the conclusion of qualifying, the top 16 bowlers in each division will be paired to form one-on-one matches. The eight winners will advance to the next round of one-on-one matches. The four winners will advance to the next round of one-on-one matches. The two remaining bowlers will face each other to determine the champion.
In all rounds of the Elimination Finals, the highest-seeded remaining bowler from the qualifying round will face the lowest-seeded bowler remaining in competition.
In all rounds of the Elimination Finals, the higher seeded bowler must win one game to win the match and advance to the next round; the lower seeded bowler must win two games to win the match and advance to the next round.
Bowlers eliminated in the same round of the finals will be placed in the final standings based on their qualifying round totals.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
This tournament is open to all bowlers 21 years or younger (as of August 1, 2011) who have never been members of the Professional Bowlers Association.
Check-in will begin one hour prior to scheduled starting time of qualifying squad.
Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Entries will be accepted at the tournament site if space permits.
Scholarships will be awarded based on the final standings of the tournament. First place in the scratch division is $1,000 based on 60 entries, and will increase as entries surpass 60. First place in the handicap division is $500 based on 50 entries, and will increase as entries surpass 50. There will be at least one scholarship prize awarded for each eight entries in each division.
Proper dress and behavior is expected of all participants. Bowlers are NOT permitted to wears hats, clothing with offensive language or graphics, or any apparel which the tournament director feels is inappropriate. Smoking is not permitted by the bowlers BEFORE, DURING or AFTER the tournament. Bowlers who use foul language, obscene gestures or abuse equipment will be subject to disqualification, as determined by the tournament director.
AVERAGES: Handicap division bowlers are to submit the higher average of: 1) highest current league average for 15 games or more, or 2) highest final league or JBT average for the 2010-11 season. JBT re-rating rules will be in effect. Handicap division bowlers who have not participated in the Junior Bowlers Tour during the 2011-12 season MUST submit a copy of their current league standings sheet (2011-12 season) and their final league standings sheet for 2010-11, or they WILL NOT be permitted to bowl in this tournament.
