The Junior Bowlers Tour Thanksgiving Classic is open to all male and female bowlers (21 years of age or less as of August 1, 2019) who have never been a PBA member. Provisions have been made for the qualifying round/finals based on the bowlers' age/sex, however there is only one division in this tournament. This is a SCRATCH tournament.

QUALIFYING ROUND will consist of five games. A total of 70% of the field will advance to the semi-final round as follows:
                    The top 50% of all boys born prior to August 1, 2004 will advance
                    The top 50% of all girls born prior to August 1, 2004 will advance
                    The top 50% of all bowlers born August 1, 2004 or later will advance (U15)

The remaining spots to reach 70% of the total field will be filled based on score regardless of group above

SEMI-FINAL ROUND will consist of three match games. All scores from the qualifying round will be carried forward and there is a thirty pin bonus for each match-game victory. Twelve bowlers will advance to the step-ladder finals. Finalists will include the top two bowlers with the highest 8-game total from each of the three groups above, plus the next six bowlers with the highest 8-game total, regardless of group.

STEP-LADDER FINALS:
Match 1: The 7th through 12 qualifiers bowl one game; the top three bowlers advance.
Match 2: Qualifiers from Match One and the 4th through 6th qualifiers bowl one game; the top three bowlers advance.
Match 3: Qualifiers from Match Two and the 2nd and 3rd qualifiers bowl one game; the top two bowlers advance.
Match 4: Qualifiers from Match Three and the top-qualifier bowl one game; the top two bowlers advance.
Championship Match: The qualifiers from Match Four will bowl a one-game match for the title.

Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Entries will be accepted at the tournament site as space permits.

Scholarships will be awarded based on the final standings of the tournament. the first place scholarship prize of $500 is GUARANTEED. There will be at least one scholarship prize for every five entries. Entry fee breakdown: Bowling & expenses - $25; scholarship fund - $40. Proper dress and behavior is expected of all participants. Bowlers are NOT permitted to wear hats, sleeveless shirts, clothing with offensive language or graphics, or any apparel which the tournament director feels is inappropriate. Collared shirts are strongly suggested. Dress shorts (not basketball shorts or jean cut-offs) are permitted in JBT events. Bowlers who use foul language, obscene gestures or abuse equipment will be subject to disqualification, as determined by the tournament director.

All rules not specifically covered will be governed by the rules of the Junior Bowlers Tour and the general rules of bowling. the tournament director reserves all rights regarding the operation of the tournament.
